IDT Prime Prepaid MasterCard have produced a reloadable prepaid card for people who want to use the Prime card on a regular basis. Simply upgrade your existing card or if you don't have one apply for a IDT reloadable card.

The Prime prepaid MasterCard is a pay as you go prepaid MasterCard, which you can top-up again and again due to your cards higher spending limits and will also be enabled to make withdrawals from any ATM in the world which displays the MasterCard acceptance mark.

There is a £3.00 charge for your card plus a one off upgrade fee of £1.95 .

Please note you must have this amount available on your card in order to cover the upgrade fee. For a further £5, you have the option to order a second card on the same account for an additional cardholder

Why get a Prime prepaid credit card?

A Prime Card can be used by anyone, and can be used all over the world plus if your upgrade application is fully successful, you can immediately start reloading your existing card with up to £500 per load, with up to £5,000 on the card at any one time, and an annual limit of £25,000. In some cases, IDT Prime may ask you to send in more documentation to enable them to grant these limits. In such cases, Prime may still upgrade your card, but may restrict the limits that you can load onto that card to £500 per load, with a maximum of £1,500 on the card at any one time.

A Prime Card can be used to buy whatever you want, at over 28 million retail outlets and over 1.5 million ATM machines whereever you see the MasterCard acceptance sign.

What sort of service do they offer?

You'll receive a full online facility giving you access to your statements 24/7 from anywhere in the world. From there you'll be able to load money by debit card on the internet. Transactions in shops, online and in restaurants are Subject the transaction fee.

Payment plans and prepaid card benefits

The Prime prepaid MasterCard card is where you preload your card with with money and then spend. You can use your MasterCard debit card where ever you see the MasterCard sign and at 1.5 million ATM machines. There is no credit checks to get prepaid cards where your account balance must not exceed £5000.

Who can apply for a card?

The Prime credit card is a MasterCard branded card where anyone over the age of 18 years can apply for a card. Online secure application which takes a few minutes to complete, you will require your passport to confirm your ID.

Unless Prime inform you otherwise (for example, if you only qualify for a Card with lower limits), you may Reload your Account up to 2 times daily with a minimum per Reload of £10 and a maximum per Reload which depends on the method of Reload but will not exceed £2500, provided that the balance on your Account never exceeds £5,000 and the total Reloaded on your Account in a calendar year does not exceed £25,000. IDT Prime reserve the right to vary these limits and to decline any Reload at any time and will notify you as soon as is reasonably practical in the circumstances.
