The Neon Prepaid Card is for teenagers between 13 and 17 years of age and is the latest pay as you go chip and PIN MasterCard. The Neon Card is a MasterCard that works just like a pay as you go mobile phone - you can only spend what you have topped up. Neon under 18's credit card limits are £500.00 for a 3 year personalised or non personalised card.

Who can apply for a card?

You can get a Neon prepaid MasterCard simply by being 13 years or older, resident in the UK and as long as the ID and address of a parent or guardian verifies online or proof is given in store. Once you have completed your online application you will receive your personalised Neon card in a maximum of 5 days.

NO credit checks are done as you are guaranteed to be accepted as long as you pay the application fee for the under 18's credit card. Even if you have no credit you can still be accepted.
