The Lloyds Airmiles Duo account: gives you two credit cards where they are both on a single account, One of the main benefits is that it gives you 1 mile for every £10 you spend on your Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo American Express Card and 1 mile for every £50 you spend on your Lloyds TSB Airmiles Duo MasterCard Card.

Who can apply for this credit card?

You must be over 18, a UK resident and have a landline phone number to get a Lloyds Duo credit card. We recommend you have your salary, banking and employment address details to hand to avoid any delays in applying.

The minimum payment is £5.00 or 2% of the outstanding balance which ever is the greater amount. You can avoid additional charges by staying within your credit limit and ensure that your payments are received on time.

Your right to cancel

Once you have signed, you will have for a short time a right to cancel this agreement. You can do this by sending or taking a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to AIRMILES, PO Box 90 , Birchwood , Warrington , WA3 7WE.
If you cancel this agreement, you will still have to repay any money lent to you. But if you repay all of it before your first payment is due, you will not have to pay interest or other charges.

Where do I make a complaint?

If you would like to make a complaint about your Lloyds credit card, you can call them on -0844 49 333 99 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have procedures in place which will make sure they handle your complaint fairly and quickly.
