Who can apply for a credit card account
To get an Barclaycard credit card you need to be a UK resident aged 21 or over. We recommend you have your salary, banking and employment address details to hand to avoid any delays in applying for a egg card.
Have a good credit history, have a regular income of more than £10,000 pa. Don't already have a Barclaycard also haven't missed multiple payments on a credit agreement within the last 12 months and Don't have a CCJ, IVA or have not been registered bankrupt.

What is the minimum payment each month?
The full outstanding balance if it is less than £5, but otherwise the greater of
(1) £5 or
(2) 2.25% of the Revolving Balance

Your Right to cancel an Barclaycard platinum card
You have a right to cancel this agreement. This right will expire 14 calendar days after we post the card to you. Unless you cancel within this period you will be bound by this Agreement. If you wish to cancel this Agreement, please send written notice to Barclaycard, Department BCR, Northampton NN4 7SG. If you cancel you will still need to repay any money already lent to you. Unless you repay this money in full within a month of cancellation on all rights, you may be required to pay interest or other charges under the terms of this Agreement. .
The Consumer Credit Act 1974 lays down certain requirements for your protection which should have been complied with when this agreement was made. If they were not, we cannot enforce the agreement without getting a court order.
The Act also gives you a number of rights:
1) You can settle this agreement at any time by giving notice in writing and paying off the amounts you owe under this agreement.
2) If you received unsatisfactory goods or services paid for under this agreement, apart from any bought with a cash loan, you may have a right to sue the supplier, us or both.
3) If the contract is not fulfilled, perhaps because the supplier has gone out of business, you may still be able to sue us.
