What are the default charges?
Virgin credit card charge £12 for going over your credit limit, paying late, or payments that bounce.
What is the minimum payment that I will need to make each month?
1% or £25, whichever is greater. If you only make the minimum payment it will take longer and cost you more to clear your credit card balance. You can avoid additional charges by staying within your credit limit and ensure that your payments are received on time.
What is my credit limit?
They will choose your credit limit and tell you what it is. We may vary it at any time and write to let you know. The maximum credit limit that you can have under this agreement is £50,000.
Where do I make a complaint?
If you would like to make a complaint about your Virgin credit card, you can call them on - 0800 015 0306 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have procedures in place which will make sure they handle your complaint fairly and quickly. However if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint you can write to Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
