The Sun MasterCard is the newest pay weekly prepaid card, The Sun card only costs £6.49 to get or is free if you top up a minimum of £20.00, There are three prices plans available with the Sun card ranging from this tariff which is pay £1.00 a week or pay monthly and the pay as you go option.

The Sun prepaid card offers flexible payment plans where you can change your tariff every month. The pay weekly plan offers the cheapest option if you plan to use more than 5 times a month.

Why get a The Sun prepaid card?

The Sun MasterCard is a prepayment card. It looks just like any normal credit or debit card with a card number, chip and pin with a signature strip. The main difference is that you can set up direct debits with your account, have your benefits paid directly on to your account such as child benefits and spend as and when you want on your children or for everyday shopping.

The Sun now offer a cheque cashing service where you can now pay cheques directly on to your account in addition you can also set up direct debits to pay you ongoing bills and have your child benefit or housing benefits paid directly on to your account.

With the Sun prepayment card you can choose a payment plan to suit your needs from this plan, pay weekly or opt for pay monthly or pay as you go use. As a Prepaid MasterCard it can be used at 28 million retail outlets and 1.5 million ATM machines worldwide. There is no credit check to get you prepaid MasterCard where your account balance must not exceed £3000.00 and currently the card is only available in GBP (£).

Who can apply for a card?

The Sun prepaid card is a guarantee acceptance MasterCard branded card where anyone over the age of 18 years can apply for an account. Online secure application which takes a few minutes to complete, you will require your passport to confirm your identity. Opt to load £20.00 or over and get your card for free.

NO credit checks are done as you are guaranteed to be accepted as long as you pay for your application fee in advance. Have bad credit you can still be accepted.
