I closed my RBS account due to low interest rates and moved to Santander instead, which has been much better for me.

I made a claim on the travel insurance which took 6 months, many phone calls and a letter of complaint before I saw any signs of the reimbursment. And no explanation either.

Personally I’d never use RBS again.
