Seems like a scam, my card is in credit but cant access account online, locked out for by Quidity for reasons unknown. On phoning their customer service I am told that they cant deal with the problem and that I need to call premium rate number to sort out.
Good money maker for them. shut people off from online access and then charge them 60p a minute to sort out.

Not the best card for everyday use. You will find that you cannot check your balance at an ATM (you will need to call their 0845 number) and some ATMs do not allow cash withdrawal. I’ve been in a couple of restaurants were the card has not been accepted even though there is cash on it. Very embarrassing. The website though, is secure with two levels of security questions/checks so, don’t forget your password or again, you’ll need to call the 0845 number. They also charge you for a new card every time it expires as well as the yearly charge.
