So you have got a IDT Prime Prepaid MasterCard and have decided that you want to use it on a constant basis or when ever you need it. Well you simply just upgrade to a reloadable card . Then your Prime prepaid MasterCard will be a pay as you go prepaid MasterCard, which can be used worldwide at over 25 million retail outlets and at over 900,000 ATM's worldwide. Any one over the age of 18 can get one; You simply apply online make payment and your Prime MasterCard is delivered 7 – 10 days. There is a £3.00 charge for your card. What is so great about this card well there are no ID checks, when you pay for your card with your credit or debit card as long as it is the same address you can get one or you can upgrade to a reloadable prepaid card at a cost of £1.95and provide the necessary ID Anyone can get one and they are a perfect solution as a gift for someone you love, family member or use for yourself.

Main Good Points

You now have the option to upgrade your existing Prime card to a reloadable card which you can top-up again and again. Once you have upgraded, your card will have higher spending limits and will also be enabled to make withdrawals from any ATM in the world which displays the MasterCard acceptance mark.

Upgrading via our ‘Online Application Form' takes minutes to do and could not be easier. If you prefer, you can choose the postal or phone upgrade methods. We do not run any credit checks and you do not need to have a bank account.

Upgrading your card to reloadable costs only £1.95 . Please note you must have this amount available on your card in order to cover the upgrade fee.

Bad Points

Keep an eye on charges, there is a Account Dormancy Fee (only applicable if no Transaction takes place for 3 months charged at £2.95 a month.

Application Process

As you would expect secure website protection, the form takes less than a minute to complete, No ID required unless you are getting a reloadable one, all you need to do is make sure the payment method by credit card or debit card is the same address and it will be delivered in 7 to 10 days. Upgrade to reloadable online is a simple process just provide your passport details..

Using Abroad

Being a Prepaid MasterCard, your Prime card can be used at 25 million retail outlets worldwide and use at 900,000 atm's worldwide .

Reload

Once you have upgraded you card it can be reloaded either online or at over 25,000 retail outlets in the UK, charges are 2% of the value reloaded subject to a minimum charge of £0.80.

Currency Available & Limit

Unless we inform you otherwise (for example, if you only qualify for a Card with lower limits), you may Reload your Account up to 2 times daily with a minimum per Reload of £10 and a maximum per Reload which depends on the method of Reload but will not exceed £2500, provided that the balance on your Account never exceeds £5,000 and the total Reloaded on your Account in a calendar year does not exceed £25,000. We reserve the right to vary these limits and to decline any Reload at any time and will notify you as soon as is reasonably practical in the circumstances.
