Acquired this card a couple of months ago and used it once to put credit on cellphone.The main reason was for commission free foreign use. US dollar presently is $1.61 to £ but PO rate is 2% less at $1.57 so that nullifies most of the supposed saving. Website is a mess.Statement does not indicate required payment date.No means of paying bill online but you could from your own ebanking account if you could find the PO account number & sort code. Requested additional card for wife and they wanted more information than the FBI would ask about her. Sent copy of her passport and bank statement which they have lost.I'll pay this first bill-when they tell me how to do so and then cancel.

Online service is a shambles - don't bother. The 'free' use of card abroad is cancelled by the time one wastes trying to make contact, let alone use their online site which cuts you off after 30 seconds. AAAAAAARGH!
