Who can apply?

Default Charges?
A cross-border fee of 0% will be applied to any Transactions taking place outside the UK.
Each Balance Transfer is subject to a fee of 2.75%.
A fee of £5 will be applied for providing a duplicate statement.
Unpaid Direct Debit or cheque £12.00. Over credit limit £12.00. Late payment £12.00.
What is the minimum payment I need to make each month?
The monthly minimum payment will normally be made up of the greater of 2.5% of the outstanding balance on your account (as shown on your statement) or £5.00, or the outstanding balance if less than £5.00, plus any monthly payment under the Payment Plan Programme. If you fail to make the monthly minimum payment on 2 consecutive occasions, any Payment Plan may be terminated and the Eligible Amount will revert to the variable standard rate of interest which would have applied but for the transfer to the Payment Plan.
Optional PAYMENT PROTECTION INSURANCE?

Your right to cancel?
Once you have signed, you will have for a short time a right to cancel this agreement

If you cancel this agreement, you will still have to repay any money lent to you. But if you repay all of it before your first payment is due, you will not have to pay interest or other charges.
