I purchased a gift card as a gift for senoome and was with the recipient when they attempted to use it. When the card was swiped they were told that there were no funds, and when I called Tuxedo to explain what happened they told me that the card had been used at a Radio Shack on a date BEFORE I PURCHASED THE CARD. They did not refund my money and took no responsibility for this screw up!
