The first one never came. I can only assume the postman nicked it because the packaging is far too obvious.

The next card I was told wouldn’t work once I had activated it. I now have to wait for them to close my account and re-open a new account before sending me another card. I have no idea why this is getting done.

None of the marketing materials join up, so each one tells you to do something different making it hard to know how to get started without speaking to someone.

The agents on the phone are like robots and whilst they can help, the systems in place for service and delivery are really really poor.

It’s just a prepaid card, I can’t see what the problem is. How hard can it be?

This is a waste of money as it does not work on certain sites such as STEAM. It doesn’t say this anywhere and even says on the back of the card that it will work wherever you see the mastercard acceptance mark. NO, IT WON’T. I hate it when a company flat out lies to you and doesn’t offer you any refund options. This maddens me and want to hit something really bad.
