With the NatWest step account, you get basic banking facilities. You get the pay cash in and out facility. There is however, no overdraft or cheque book available. We also provide you with mobile banking, where you get mini statements and weekly balances sent to your mobile. Network charges may apply.

You can manage your account easily through online banking through your step account. Online banking makes it easy to stay on top of your basic bank account. There is also branch and telephone banking available. You get monthly statements which help you stay up to date with your finances.

You can withdraw your money from UK & overseas cash machines or any UK post office anytime you want. You can do mobile phone top-ups at NatWest cash machines. You are allowed to pay bills by setting up standing orders and direct debits.

You can add extra benefits if you wish. Add advantage blue to your account for just £ 6.95 per month and get a range of great advantages including mobile phone insurance, single trip European travel insurance and even 25% cash-back on top gigs and shows. You can actually explore how much you can save!

We also offer a Cash Account that does not offer standing orders or direct debits. Ask at your local branch for more information.
