Who can apply for this NatWest credit card?

You can apply for Natwest Gold Credit Cards even if you are not a NatWest current account customers. You must be over 21, a UK resident and have a landline phone number and have an income over £20,000 to get a NatWest credit card. We recommend you have your salary, banking and employment address details to hand to avoid any delays in applying.

What are the NatWest default charges?

NatWest card charge £12 for going over your credit limit, paying late and £10 for returned payments.

Minimum payments each month?

Cash advances (except gambling transactions) subject to a handling fee of 3% with a minimum of £3.00; Balance transfers subject to a fee of 2.9% (min £5) during the first three months from account opening, unless you qualify for exemption from that fee or are notified of a different fee under the terms of a special offer we make in connection with your application; Foreign exchange transactions subject to conversion fee of 2.75% (including purchase of foreign currency and travellers’ cheques); Copies of statements are subject to a fee of £3.

What is my NatWest credit limit?

They will choose your credit limit and tell you what it is. They may vary it at any time and write to let you know.

Minimum credit limit is £300 and maximum is £20,000. All credit limits (including the maximum available) are subject to status.

Where do I make a complaint?

If you would like to make a complaint about your NatWest advantage card, you can call them on – 0800 015 4212 – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have procedures in place which will make sure they handle your complaint fairly and quickly.
