You can apply for Natwest Gold Credit Cards even if you are not a NatWest current account customers. You must be over 21, a UK resident and have a landline phone number and have an income over £20,000 to get a NatWest credit card. With a NatWest credit card you can transfer money from your Gold Credit Card to any UK bank account. You simply pay your money transfer rate from the date of the transfer, and the minimum transfer is £250.

They have procedures in place which will make sure they handle your complaint fairly and quickly.
