You can apply for Natwest Black Credit Cards if you are an existing NatWest current account customers. You must be over 25, a UK resident and have a landline phone number and have a sole income of £75,000 to get an instant decision credit card. What are the default charges?
NatWest card charge £12 for going over your credit limit, paying late and £10 for returned payments.
What is the minimum payment that I will need to make each month?
Minimum payment each month is the greater amount either 2.25% of your balance or £5.
What is my credit limit?
They will choose your credit limit and tell you what it is. They may vary it at any time and write to let you know. The minimum credit limit that you can have under this agreement is £15,000 which is increased subject to status.
Where do I make a complaint?
If you would like to make a complaint about your NatWest credit card, you can call them on - 0800 015 4212 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have procedures in place which will make sure they handle your complaint fairly and quickly. However if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint you can write to Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
