Natwest Blue Advantage, the worst advantage you would ever want to experience.
I sign up for the Blue Advantage account, which provides a few “so called benefits” to their clients.

For the past 5 months, I’ve been making daily visits to the old people in Natwest Terrible home.
The Old folks there have been telling me to wait, wait, and wait and wait, maybe one day my so called “welcome pack” which is not welcoming at all will miraculously appear on my doorstep.
HELL NO! Nothing arrived until one day I met the Vice President of the Old folks who finally did something to stop my monthly trips to their home.
He started calling me every week to check up on their progress with the package.*QUODOS to him, the only employee worth keeping~
Finally It arrived, to my relieve, which ultimately turn into dismay.
The long waited package finally arrive, WITHOUT THE MOST IMPORTANT, railway card application!!*im so sure they did it on purpose, no brain employees
I called and they ask me to wait another 1 weeks for the application form to arrive.
AND I waited.
It finally arrived, I filled in the form and posted it immediately.
After one week of long wait, I received a letter from Natwest.
*most people assume by this time I would have received my railway card
BUT NO! The chicken brain officer sent back my application form and told me that I forgot to tick one small tiny box.
PICK UP THE PHONE LA WEI, ARE YOU DUMB OR DONT YOU KNOW THE EXISTENCE OF THE AMAZING, GENIUS CREATION – THE PHONE???
anyway, I got so pissed I sent back the stupid form immediately on the spot and waited another two weeks.
This time I really got impatient, 6 months I waited for the railway card, two more months left before graduation, I called them after two weeks.
You know what the railway card team told me? They did not receive any application form, and that they will send me another form, please wait for two weeks.
NATWEST DISADVANTAGE BLUE, YOU TRULY MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS BLUE.
WORST SERVICE EVER, WORST SPEED EVER, WORST BRAINS EVER EMPLOYED IN HISTORY.
Just in case you want to know, I’ve cancelled the Blue account and did not get any refunds back from them. Rip off! If there is a negative star, I would rate Natwest -1000
