It transpires that £1400 has been taken from my account! They were not helpful, my bank were of no use to try and release this money back into my bank account and now I am going on holiday with NO MONEY. So, great customer service NOT. Be warned, when you apply and it gets declined, money will have been "set aside" for this! I use this card every month when Im away and I never had a problem to use it. No monthly charges, just 1.25 eur when u withdraw money from ATM. 5 star product!!! all I can say its best way to carry cash abroad and their exchange rate is better than any other high street institution. I use this card every month when Im away and I never had a problem to use it. It will be great not spending my months wages on the holiday as I usually do, ending up broke when I return...Well recommended.
