Who can apply for a HSBC bank account?

You need to be over 18 to apply for an account, the form takes a few minutes to complete with an easy step by step guide and as you would expect secure website protection, make sure you have a form of ID before you start either your passport (digital passport no required) or UK driving license.

Once you completed the form you HSBC will send you a letter in the post to confirm your account is opened. Your debit card can then be collected at a local branch.
