I have personally used this card.The only complaint i have is that to get an increase takes a little more time than most. Other than that everything else is good.

Rates are OK but the approval process for increasing your credit limit is awful, they review your account every “few” months, if you start with a low credit limit this will take a long time to get up to something useful.
