Who can apply for a Barclays Savers account?

You need to be over 16 and an existing customer, not bankrupt or have any CCJ's registered against you, with a regular income to apply. The form takes a few minutes to complete with an easy step by step guide and as you would expect secure website protection

Once you completed the form, Barclays will send you a letter in the post to confirm this is opened. Your optional debit card can then be collected at a local branch.

Where do I make a complaint?

If you would like to make a complaint about your account, contact Customer Relations, Barclays Bank PLC, 1 Churchill Place, FREEPOST, RTLA-CSUE-TCHC, London E14 5HP

However if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint you can write to Financial Ombudsman Service at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
