It worked well in America but the only problem was that I was unable to load more money onto it online, so had to use my credit card for additional expenditure. Also, when I got on to their internet site I was unable to print out a statement or to log out of the account. Getting in contact them was difficult, especially from a mobile phone, and too expensive. When I finally managed to get them to phone me back to discuss the problems I was having, they did so at 4.45am and seemed amazed that there were time differences between India and the US.
