			<content type="html">Prepaid Cards are not attached or run by high street banks, so prepaid card providers pay for every card printed and sent to you known as fulfillment. The cost of the application is up to the prepaid card provider and is a way to recoup some of their cost back as a percentage of people that do buy never use it.

There are some free prepaid cards available which do not charge an application fee.
