Hi
I have just found out that 51 pound has been taken from my card and dont know who the company is. please can somebody find out who TOUCHTONE PROJECT is.
Its weird isnt it if you cancel a payment that somebody takes from YOUR account you have to wait 15 days to get the money back.

Call your credit provider they should be able to tell where the purchase was made and when.
I have a platinum Capital One Credit Card, that never happened to me. They have the best theft proof tool like the Free identity theft service.
