Register for a free 3V Customer Card

Register online click the banner above. Once they have received your details including your name, address and date of birth they will post you a free 3V Customer prepaid credit card.

Use your 3V Customer Prepaid Credit Card to buy a 3V Voucher

Go to a participating payzone retail outlet . Hand the shop assistant your 3V Customer Card and request a 3V Voucher for the amount you require. The minimum amount you can purchase is for €20 and the maximum amount is €350 (in values of €10). Pay the shop assistant the money for the value of the 3V Voucher you have bought, as well as the €5 fee.

• The security details for your 3V Voucher will be sent immediately via SMS or email to you. Alternatively, you can telephone them on 0818 27 38 38 and they will give you your security details over the phone. Calls within Ireland are charged at national call rate. Rates from mobiles may vary depending on the operator.

• Go shopping online!

When you want to buy something online, over the phone or by mail order, and are at the payment page, select 'VISA' as the method of payment. Then enter your 16-digit VISA number from your 3V Voucher and the expiry date and the CVV2 (the security code) which have been sent to you separately.

If you don't use all the value on your 3V Voucher or it expires, you can redeem any funds left by completing the online redemption form and send it to:

A €2.50 fee will be applied for redemption of any remaining balance.

You can now redeem your 3V vouchers by transferring money from one 3V voucher to another that hasn't expired. For example if you have €5 left on one Voucher and have just bought a new one, you can transfer the remaining money across, as long as the overall balance of your unexpired Voucher doesn't exceed €350. The amount you have selected will then be transferred automatically to your other Voucher less the redemption fee of €2.50.
