Who can apply for this credit card?
Anyone who is UK resident aged 18 or over with a UK bank or building society account.

- Employment and salary details
- Your address history for the last 3 years
- Details of current borrowings loans, credit cards & overdrafts.

What are the default charges?
Charges are £12 for going over your credit limit, paying late, or payments that bounce.
What is the minimum payment that I will need to make each month?
If the balance shown on your statement is £25 or less, it will be the total amount of the statement balance; or if the balance shown on your statement is more than £ 25 , it will be whichever is the least of 3 % of the statement balance or the total of any Payment Protection Cover charges, interest, handling fees and default charges plus £5, provided that it will always be at least £25 .

Where do I make a complaint?
If you would like to make a complaint about your British Heart Foundation credit card provider, you can call them on - 0800 062 062 - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have procedures in place which will make sure they handle your complaint fairly and quickly.
