One in five holidaymakers has been a victim of pick-pockets whilst travelling abroad.
That's according to the latest findings from Direct Line travel insurance which reveals that more than 2 in 10 people had items including credit cards stolen from their accommodation.
The stats also reveal that mainland Spain is the worst crime hotspot for Brits travelling abroad, with France coming second.
