Provident Money Card product has been withdrawn

The Provident Money Card product will be withdrawn from the market within 7 working days  on 20 July 2011.

The Provident Money Card have announced that the Award-winning The Provident Travel Money Card has been withdrawn due to circumstances beyond it's control.

Provident Travel Money Card Head of eCommerce,  said "We are very disappointed to have to announce that our Prepaid Visa must be withdrawn from the market, and that the existing issued cards will be cancelled from 20th July 2011. This has caused Provident and, more importantly, our valued customers considerable inconvenience."

"Some of our cardholders rely on their cards for daily expenses and this will mean that they will have to switch to less competitive alternatives."

"We are very proud of our Money Card product and this situation has cost us a significant amount of money. However, we can see that none of the parties involved have acted incorrectly and it's just a very very unfortunate situation." Continued Holloway
